ABOUT US
Minyum Capital was founded under the principle that financial freedom is a key driver in creating a family-first household. Real estate has been our vehicle to do that, and now we're sharing that opportunity for our investors to accomplish the same thing.
Originally started as a fix and flip business, Minyum evolved into a portfolio of rental properties, off campus houses, and apartment buildings. Minyum now syndicates multifamily assets with the top operators in the country in the fastest growing markets. Our investors now enjoy the same type of financial freedom when working with us!

min-yəm
Where does the name Minyum come from? We get that a lot.
It was the first made up word of our oldest daughter, Molly, when she was about a year old. She would walk around the house talking to herself saying "minyum, minyum, minyum." To this day we have no idea what it meant, but it was really cute.
When we started our real estate business, we wanted a name that reflects our "why." Our children are our biggest source of happiness and motivation, and whenever anyone says the name of our company, it's a subtle reminder of why we sacrifice and work so hard.
